About Dreamy RC

Dreamy RC began long before it became a website. Our story starts in 2012, with a small physical hobby store built by people who grew up taking apart, rebuilding, and racing remote control cars as kids. What you see online today is an extension of that same store, not a new business dressed up to look experienced.

How We Started

Before online shopping for rc cars was common in India, we were already running a physical store, helping local buyers find the right rc car for their needs, whether that meant a simple toy car for a child's birthday or a proper hobby grade build for someone serious about the sport. That early experience shaped everything about how we run Dreamy RC today. We did not learn this hobby from a product catalog. We learned it by stripping down motors, replacing gearboxes, tuning suspension, and figuring out through years of trial and error what actually separates a well built car from one that only looks good in a photo.

Why We Moved Online

As more buyers across India started searching for rc cars online, we noticed the same confusion everywhere. Someone searching for a simple remote control car for their kid, and someone searching for a hobby grade rc car to race and upgrade, were landing on the exact same stores, often with no clear way to tell which product was which. We moved Dreamy RC online to fix that gap directly, bringing the same clarity we gave customers walking into our physical store to a wider audience across the country.

Toy Grade and Hobby Grade, Explained Honestly

We sell across both categories, and we are upfront about the difference. A toy grade rc car is built for casual, short term play, lighter parts, simpler electronics, and a lower price, which makes it a great first car for a child or a gift. A hobby grade rc car is built to be opened up, repaired, and upgraded over time, with a proper chassis, stronger motor, and parts that can be replaced rather than thrown away. Every listing on our site states clearly which one you are looking at, so you choose based on what you actually need, not guesswork.

Our Collections

Our rc cars range covers real driving styles, based on years of understanding what our customers actually want. RC drift cars for those who enjoy controlled sliding and technical steering. RC rock crawlers for outdoor climbing over rough terrain. RC monster trucks for high speed handling over bumps and rough ground. RC cars with camera for a first person driving experience through a live video feed. Alongside these, we carry toy grade rc cars for younger buyers and casual use. We have also expanded beyond cars, into rc helicopters for those drawn to flight, rc planes for a different kind of control and skill, and rc boats for water based rc driving, each stocked with the same attention to real specifications that our rc car range has always had.

Who We Serve

Over the years, our customers have grown into a few clear groups. Parents looking for their child's first rc car, whether toy grade or a beginner hobby model. Adults returning to a hobby they grew up with and want to take seriously again. Dedicated enthusiasts who care about torque, suspension setup, and long term upgradability. And increasingly, buyers exploring rc helicopters, planes, and boats for the first time. We built Dreamy RC to serve all of these groups honestly, without pushing anyone toward a product that does not match how they actually plan to use it.

Our Promise

Every product listed on Dreamy RC comes with real specifications, not vague marketing language. If a car is toy grade, we say so clearly. If it is hobby grade, we explain exactly what that means for durability and repairability. The same applies across our helicopters, planes, and boats, honest details first, marketing language second. This is the same standard we have held since our physical store days in 2012, and it has not changed as we have grown into new categories.

Shipping and Support Across India

We ship across India with secure packaging, built around the understanding that many of these are precision machines, not simple toys. Our support team carries the same hands on experience from our physical store background, so if you are unsure which product fits your needs, whether it is your first rc car or your first rc plane, you are talking to people who have actually built and repaired these vehicles themselves, not a script.
